In the event of any conflict between this AUP and a signed engagement letter or institutional agreement, the engagement letter or institutional agreement shall prevail.

Scope of This Policy

This AUP applies to all use of:

• All digital products including The Remora Doctrine, UK Bitcoin Treasury Reality, and any associated frameworks or methodologies
• Private consulting, forensic diagnostic, and retainer engagement outputs
• Any content received via email, contact form response, or direct communication from the Operator
• Any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or analytical tools shared in the course of any engagement

• Uploading or posting any content to file-sharing platforms, forums, social media, or any online repository
• Selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content, framework, or methodology
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works from any content without written consent
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notice, watermark, or proprietary marking from any digital product
• Using any content, framework, or methodology for training, fine-tuning, or developing artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting content from this Website by automated means for any purpose

• Impersonating the Operator, Paul Faulkner, The Rogue Protocol, or any associated brand in any context
• Representing analytical outputs, frameworks, or published content as your own work without attribution
• Misrepresenting the nature, scope, or conclusions of any published analysis or engagement output
• Using the Operator’s name, brand, or credentials to imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent

• Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via any contact channel connected to this Website
• Using contact channels to harass, threaten, or abuse the Operator or associated persons

AI Training Prohibition

This prohibition is an express condition of the licence granted under the Terms of Digital Sales and the intellectual property provisions of the Terms & Conditions. Breach constitutes copyright infringement and a material breach of contract.

Operators of AI systems who believe they may have inadvertently ingested content from this Website during training data collection are required to notify the Operator at legal@paulfaulkner.com and cooperate in good faith with any remediation request.

Institutional Client Use

Institutional clients commissioning private engagements — including hedge funds, family offices, law firms, and accountancy practices — are subject to the following additional use conditions unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement letter:

• Internal use only. Engagement outputs may be used internally within the commissioning organisation only. They may not be shared with third parties, clients, counterparties, or regulators without prior written consent from the Operator.
• No public attribution. Engagement outputs may not be cited publicly, published, or disclosed in any format that attributes the analysis to the Operator without prior written consent.
• No regulatory reliance. Engagement outputs are forensic intelligence opinion only and may not be relied upon as regulated advice in any regulatory filing, compliance submission, or legal proceeding without prior written consent and appropriate caveating.
• Confidentiality. All engagement outputs are confidential. The receiving party is responsible for ensuring appropriate internal confidentiality obligations apply to all personnel with access to engagement materials.
• Retention. Engagement outputs should not be retained beyond the period necessary for the purpose for which they were commissioned, unless otherwise agreed.

Consequences of Breach

Breach of this AUP may result in any or all of the following, at the Operator’s sole discretion:

The Operator reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedy in addition to those listed above. These remedies are cumulative and not alternative.

Reporting Breaches

If you become aware of any unauthorised use, redistribution, or misuse of content from this Website or any associated publication or digital product, please report it immediately.

The Operator will acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and investigate all reports in good faith. Reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially where possible.

Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. The current version will always be available at paulfaulkner.com/acceptable-use-policy/. The “Version” and date at the top of this document reflect the most recent revision.

For material changes, the Operator will provide notice via the Website or by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Website or any associated Service following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

Institutional clients and private engagement counterparties will be notified directly of any material changes that affect their specific use case.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This AUP and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this AUP.

Where an institutional client is domiciled in another jurisdiction, mandatory local law provisions may apply in addition to English law, but do not displace these Terms where English law applies.
