The Structure — Explained Without Jargon

Consider a simple example. A shop sells chocolate bars at £1 each. An investment company buys 100 chocolate bars, places them inside a locked box, and sells shares in the box for £2.21 per bar’s worth of chocolate. The rules of the box are explicit: you cannot open it. You cannot take the chocolate out. The company’s board decides what happens to the chocolate — whether to hold it, sell it, or use it to fund other activities. Your return depends entirely on what someone else will pay for a share of the box.

You have paid 121% more than the price of the chocolate — for a wrapper you cannot redeem.

Stack BTC Plc is that box. Bitcoin is the chocolate. STAK shares are the wrapper.

Bitcoin Price £53,526.95
Treasury Holdings 68.1898 BTC
Shares in Issue 87,380,000
Bitcoin NAV 68.1898 × £53,526.95 = £3,649,992
NAV per Share £3,649,992 ÷ 87,380,000 = 4.18p
Market Price 9.25p
Premium to NAV 121%
The Company’s own filings confirm no redemption mechanism, no dividends, and no distribution of treasury gains. Bitcoin is held and traded entirely at board discretion. Shareholders possess no legal claim on treasury assets. The wrapper trades at a 121% premium to the chocolate it contains. Shareholders cannot eat the chocolate.

    The Method
“We find the thesis they built the model to prove.”

Every publication from The Rogue Protocol operates under a documented four-stage forensic framework: objective definition, constraint mapping, instrument selection, and implementation architecture. All prior Stack BTC Plc analyses have applied this framework to publicly available primary source material — regulatory filings, company website captures with timestamps, RNS announcements, and written correspondence.

No unpublished information is relied upon. Every conclusion in the published record can be replicated from the public documentary base. The fourth analysis will follow the same standard.
